The delivery of the first of the Tunnel Boring Machines to construct the Eglinton-Scarborough Crosstown LRT line for Metrolinx began in mid-February. Delivered from manufacturer Lovat in nearby Etobicoke, they are to be trucked to the launch site at Eglinton and Black Creek in pieces where they will be assembled. Photos by the Toronto Star:

New Toronto Rocket subway train 5671-5676 were noted testing in mid-February, and in service later that month. One would note that most of the Toronto Rocket trains are reusing numbers from retired classes, with 5671-5676 previously belonging to the first of the H5 subway cars (most of which have been retired except for roughly 3-dozen cars that remain in service in the 5670-5807 series).
