Mark Mautner snapped NS “Central of Georgia” heritage ES44AC 8101 leading train #112 (Knoxville Tn to Kansas City ) westbound on the St Louis District at Wentzville, MO on November 2nd, 2012.
Mark Mautner snapped KCS 4804 part of a 20 unit order currently being delivered from GE Erie. Unit is seen at East St Louis,IL shortly after arrival on KCS property Nov 21st 2012.
At MEI in November, Mark noted HLCX GP38-3s going through the paint shop, and the next Saratoga North Creek BL2 has been primered, but still needs cab windows before paint. Mike clicked HLCX 6258 (ex-KCS ) on the scrap track, due to be cut up by month end. LLPX GP40-3 9907 was moved from storage to the ready track, but it unknown for whom this unit is will be worked on for. HLCX SD40 6327 ( ex CR/PC ) was undergoing scrapping at MEI East St Louis, IL. Electro-Motive Division SD70ACe (EMDX) 1201 wearing a special one of a kind Caterpillar paint scheme is seen leading NS train #055, a once a week hi - wide special carrying mainly Caterpillar and Komatsu tractors/parts. Thais train runs from Decatur, IL. to port of Savannah, GA. seen on NS St Louis District at New Baden, IL on October 25th.

The second Indiana Harbor Belt six axle genset IHB 2161 was taken on October 31 at the IHB Riverdale. EMDX SD70Ace 1201 demonstrator was shot is at IHB Blue Island Yard on the way to Electro Motive in LaGrange for testing on November 12th.
